In Good company

You know that timeless saying? “There’s no I in team.” Sponsored by Grace is the team and they cannot do it alone. The business partners and supporters of Sponsored by Grace are the back bone of their mission. It is the partnerships that help to enhance Sponsored by Grace’s strengths and improve their weaknesses. These partners play a vital role in the process of pushing forward to maximize the potential impact in the Vista Landing community. These partnerships provide various amounts of skills and resources that Founder Ron Armstrong could have never imagined possible when first starting this journey.

“We can’t do it without people that will help.”

-Ron Armstrong (Founder of Sponsored by Grace)

Partnering with a Nonprofit: How Does It Benefit Your Business and Community?

Creating and establishing a partnership with a nonprofit organization is very beneficial to not only the nonprofit but for the partner’s business as well. In terms of the business partner’s stand point, the partnership creates a wide range of connections through the people interacting with the nonprofit. Providing your business with a whole new audience that might not have been aware of your business prior to the engagement with Sponsored by Grace. As well as boosting the overall morale and image of your company by giving back to your local community. People value companies who help others, by showing your involvement and support this will lead to people thinking more highly of your business. This is a great way for business and nonprofits to come together and work toward the betterment of the overall community. Through the partnership you are benefiting the community by spreading the word and raising awareness for Sponsored by Grace’s mission. This awareness could lead to other potential partners and support that may have other resources to contribute. Even though Ron has made it clear he is not asking for handouts, Sponsored by Grace could benefit from the financial support of other businesses to help create impactful events they may not have otherwise.

JaxCo Furniture

One current business partner is JaxCo Furniture. JaxCo Furniture is a locally owned trusted provider of quality home furniture. The owner Mike McCann is heavily involved with giving back to the local Jacksonville community. He not only strives to provide his customers with the best rates and service, but in turn makes his company more about giving than receiving. Through the partnership Mike has been able to donate numerous mattresses and provide beds to families who have never had that pleasure.

“As wonderful as Jacksonville is, it is not devoid of people in need. A portion of Jaxco’s profits will be rolled directly back into the community each month. We will donate mattresses and necessary home furnishings to families in need. We will partner with religious organization, and others to help us identify those in need and put the goods directly into the hands of the people who need them most” -Mike McCann

Through JaxCo Furniture, Sponsored by Grace is able to serve and give back to those in need of better sleeping conditions with mattresses and bunk beds. Sponsored by Grace is able to help that many more kids off of the ground because of the support and connection with JaxCo Furniture.
